JCB Partners is seeking an Oracle Hyperion Performance Management consultant. This individual will be responsible for implementing forecasting, budgeting, planning and management reporting solutions utilizing a variety of current Oracle Hyperion products for both new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will easily adapt to new environments and changing requirements in an exciting and fast paced consulting world. Candidates must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to demonstrate experience with structured project management and/or the software package implementation process. Most importantly, candidates must be open to learning new skills and advancing their portfolio of knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and prototyping sessions with clients
  • Overall process design of the Oracle Hyperion Performance Management Solutions
  • Overall technical design of the Oracle Hyperion Performance Management Solutions
  • Oracle Hyperion Performance Management Solutions implementation
  • Complete document for Oracle Hyperion Performance Management Solutions 
  • Successful delivery of the Oracle Hyperion Performance Management Solutions within established scope, schedule and budget 
  • Leading implementation teams that consists of both JCB team and Client resources 
  • Working with the sales team to identify and develop additional opportunities within client engagements
  • Support Sales cycles with Managing Director and Sales Executives
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance and mentoring to project delivery team.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ Years experience with progressive growing responsibility 
  • 5 years of financial performance management or business intelligence experience 
  • Ability to drive all phases of the project life cycle - from requirements to implementation
  • Detailed understanding of corporate finance functions and technical business solutions 
  • Advanced understanding of key IT / Business systems - ERP, General Ledger, Reporting & Analytics, Data Warehousing, CRM, etc. 
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and oral 
  • Expert level Oracle Hyperion skills
  • Experience leading small to medium sized implementation teams on an engagement 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a given point in time 
  • The candidate must be committed to their client's success and willing to do what it takes to help ensure that success 
  • Must be able to travel 50% nationwide. All efforts will be made to keep consultants regionally based.

Working knowledge of additional toolsets that are used daily during implementation:

  • Various database platforms and writing SQL
  • BI Reporting tools
