Finance and Performance Management Market Lead

Our firm is experiencing explosive growth nationwide; therefore we have the following opening within our Finance and Performance Management division: Market Lead.

The ideal candidate will occupy this role in a consulting capacity with JCB Partner's customers.
In a consulting capacity, the ideal candidate will participate and lead all aspects of the Finance Performance Management project implementations and should have demonstrated this success in previous working environments. These successes should include leading teams of Finance Performance Management consultants through successful engagements; implementing financial consolidations, financial reporting and analysis.

Internally, this resource would work within the Finance & Performance Management Practice to increase internal JCB knowledge, support service offerings and other related internal initiatives. This resource will become the go-to resource internally for other Finance & Performance Management needs, including pre-sales for JCB Partners in California and other markets as the business scales.

Technical skill sets desired include:

  • TM1
  • IBM-Cognos Planning
  • IBM-Cognos Controller
  • IBM-Cognos  Finance
  • OutlookSoft/BPC
  • Hyperion
  • Applix
  • SRC

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of FPM related consulting and/or implementation experience working with two or more of the above technologies
  • Previous pre-sales as requested to support client expansion or new client acquisition objectives
  • Leader/Mentor of consultant and sr. consultant resources in both project and personnel management capacities
  • Must be willing to travel
